Creative VLU Solutions SRL provides software development services and digital products, including the Pebbi baby tracker application. Pebbi allows parents and caregivers to track their baby's daily activities such as feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and milestones.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Pebbi app is designed as a tracking tool for convenience. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative VLU Solutions SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
